Thelma studied fashion design at the Iceland Academy of the Arts and at Studio Bercot in Paris. Thelma's headbands are all the rage and chic Icelandic girls in 101 Reykjavík have been wearing them en masse. Nonetheless, she would be most happy to see her mother wear one of her headbands. She shares a studio with four other young designers in Garðastræti 2 and on Friday afternoons they open their doors to passers-by who want to purchase their designs. Thelma is a girl on a mission whose next stop is Paris.
